What to expect in a Session
During a session, the practitioner will address beliefs that may be keeping your physical, spiritual or emotional issue(s) locked in place.
The practitioner is energetically guided and existing beliefs are confirmed through muscle testing. This testing mode is also utilized in confirming a belief/emotion/feeling has shifted to support a happier you. Another method used in sessions is a process called “digging.” It is a technique used to break through layers of beliefs to reveal the core belief or issue at hand. As this bottom belief is transformed or released, the beliefs/emotions/expectations supported by that system of thought will dissolve, thus liberating you from limiting behavior/thought patterns.
Each session lasts approximately 60 to 90 minutes. Most issues can be addressed in one to three sessions, but ultimately it depends on the issue (s) you are trying to heal or clear. You do not need to “prepare” for a session. Simply participate with the expectation to have an open heart to release beliefs/feelings/thoughts which no longer serve your Highest and Greatest Good. I recommend drinking water before and during a session. Being hydrated allows for more accurate muscle testing when exploring limiting beliefs. A key component to remember is this: YOU have the power to release that which is holding you back from living a happy, fulfilling life. All beliefs that are released and transmuted must be supported with your permission and God. This holistic work relies on your verbal “yes,” to release those limiting beliefs or emotions–which is your direct participation in your own healing. You have the power to shift your unconscious and conscious beliefs to support joy, and a more authentic you.
